New Format Question

Does anyone know the average score on the new format? I was looking at the back of the score printout and it had a distribution curve that put a score of 85 at the top of the curve putting it around the average score. I am assuming this is in regard to the old format because I don't think people are scoring that well anymore and certainly less than 20.9% of test takers are receiving a 90+.

Also, does anyone have an idea of how composite scores are generated?
