Anybody know about this new version coming out. On amazon is says it will be released April 28th, but I really need to buy RR right now. Just wondering if it is really worth waiting for it.

I bought a new copy of RR Path 2 months ago. It was from the 2nd printing of the 3rd edition, and the text had already been changed to correct all the errata listed online.
I'm not sure how different a revised edition would be from that.

Ok now this has to be an error - was going through the MusculoSkeletal chapter in RR and in the blue notes in the margin it says -
Osteoporosis:most common Metabolic Abnormality of bone Pg -516 , and then again on pg-518 in the blue notes - it says - Aseptic Necrosis:Most common metabolic abnormality of bone
Both can't be the most common
I checked the Errata and there is no correction/explanation for this in there
(I have the first printing of the 3rd edition )
