Most medical notes have abbreviations such as, ttp, ctab, f/u, etc... It seems every note I read has something in it I have no idea what it is. Is there a good resource (online hopefully) to look up commonly used medical acronyms so I am not always bugging my resident?

Just make up your own. That's what everyone else does (TWEED).
