NEW Robbins and Cotran Review of Pathology

If anyone has had a chance to compare this new edition the older one, how much different is it? Is it worth purchasing it? I also have the same question regarding their new Atlas that was released aswell. They just added new questions.

I have the new version and follow with friends doing questions from the old version and they we go over the new questions in the new edition.
