New to the forum, what are my chances?

Heres the break down:

3.3 overall
3.1 science

I had four straight sememesters of 3.0s, but my last four were averaging around 3.5

PA 21
QR 18
RC 20
BIO 22
GC 17
OC 18
TS 19
AA 19

Since graduating I spent a summer working in a dental clinic in Kenya and am now employed full time as an orthodontic assistant by a respected doctor in the area. He also coincidentally plays fantasy baseball with the head of admissions for my first choice school (Buffalo). I was also an undergrad at UB and did a lot of volunteer work in the community

I applied very late, however, not until October.

So hit me, what are my chances
