Thanks for the welcome. I joined a few weeks ago and have no intention of leaving. Although I'm new to the forum, I'm not new to the field, so I hope I can provide a nice balance of advice and questions.

I don't have any comments or musings at this time, but I HAVE been looking for an excuse to use this smiley for a while now.
