Location: 2nd floor apartment in the Pine Hills neighborhood of Albany, NY near the College of St. Rose. A 5-7 minute drive to Albany Medical College, Albany Law, Albany College of Pharmacy, and Sage College. A quiet, clean, residential street.
Condition: Excellent (painted last summer, 2011; kitchen and bathroom remodeled last summer, 2011)
Features:
--hardwood floors throughout (including bathroom!)
--brand new Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and newly installed cabinets in the kitchen
--basement has free brand new washer/dryer plus ample storage space
