I don't know how newman projection change to fishcer..

Please explain this one!!

The top picture is not a fischer. A fischer is basically a plus sign, with substituents at all 4 ends of the plus sign.

you are right. This is not a fischer.

Unfortunately, i do not see how this changes made.

Please explain this one!

You just have to look down the Carbon carbon bond and place the substituents in their respective positions.
