Yes, two singlets. The non-equivalent methyl groups are in separate spin systems due to the placement of the oxygen atom and the lack of structural rigidity. Since the methyl groups in the tert-butyl group are equivalent due to rapid rotation of the molecule, they do not couple with one another. Hence, two singlets with a ratio of 3:1. The methyl group on the oxygen will be further downfield/more deshielded. A copy of the spectrum can probably be found here:
