Medical No interview invites yet. Should I be worried?

Hi,
I applied this cycle for regular MD admissions at 16 schools. I am a Michigan resident who did undergrad in Ohio. I'm becoming highly concerned because I've only heard back from 2 schools (1 rejection and 1 waitlist). These were from schools I didn't expect to get in. Nothing at all from the Michigan schools I thought were a pretty safe bet. LM 69 with great ECs. Because it's getting "late", do you think my application has been passed up? I'm just wondering why I haven't received rejections or heard back either way.

You might get an II tomorrow, or in March.

However, you should consider yourself rejected and working on improving your app until you get that accept email in your Inbox.

Did you also apply for DO schools?

The admissions process takes a long time as thousands of files are screened. You might get invited later on, but I would agree with Goro to continue to improve your application through your classes or activities until you get any news.
