no interview should I send a rank list

I did not get any interviews should i do a rank list? If i dont will I still be able to participate in the scamble. My other queston is my wife had 2 interviews so her rank list should be of those 2 places? is there a chance of matching in a hospital with no interview? 😕

This has been brought up in other threads.

If you get no interviews, you submit a blank rank order list so that you can participate in the scramble.
