No January MCAT dates left for my province

Yes, there are no more MCAT dates left for my province or my neighboring province... I had to book it for April 4 . I was on track and preparing for Jan 24

What do I do now? Extend my study schedule and start preparing for April or prepare as if I am preparing for Jan and watch for any dates to open???

If I still prepare for Jan and use up all my AAMC practice tests and I do not end up finding an opening for Jan, Am I at a loss? I won't have any more of the practice tests left....

I am confused what should i do?

Continue studying as if you are going to take it in January but save your AAMC practice tests for later. If you can not get an earlier test date than just continue your studies for the April test and use your practice tests in March.
