My transcripts were vertified like 6 weeks ago and it still
hasn't been sent to any school. I haven't taken my
dat yet (taking it on next week), it this why they are
    holding onto my app?
It says printout not mailed and on the bottom it says
New Revisions Mailed on Aug 23, 2006.

does that mean they'll send my app on 23rd?

They won't hold up your application just because of your DAT scores. Did you make corrections to your application? Or maybe they had to change something on your application that you entered incorrectly.
