"Connecticut and Alaska are two of the latest considering legislation this year that would create a “non-opioid directive” patients can put in their medical files, formally notifying health care professionals they do not want to be prescribed or administered opioid medications."

Pendulum had broken off and is in outer space. Only people who would sign up for this are the ones who self-select and are automatically very low risk of opioid misuse. The ones who demand more opioids are the problem. This proposed legislation is asinine and pointless.

What a bunch of tool bags! They're acting like we're forcing narc's down our patients' throats. This should be in the Onion
