is this a purely nonprofit website or does someone get paid to maintain it?....or does it maintain itself?...u gets the cash from advertisements?

Purely non-profit as far as I know. Money from donations and ad revenue goes toward server maintenance and upgrades, and other associated fees. I believe they have outsourced the tech support for server stuff, so I guess technically a company gets paid to maintain it.

I'm sure a mod can confirm this, though. Trust me, no one is getting rich off this site.
