Non-science recommendation letter

Hey all,

I am having difficulty finding a non-science recommendation letter. I'm doing a Nutrition major and was wondering if Nutrition, Biostatistics, or Epidemiology professors would count as non-science? I was planning on using an English rec but it was taught by a grad student (who would've been perfect if not for that).

Depends what department those classes are in your school.
Nutrition for me was under biology.
