I’m a California resident for what it’s worth. Am I aiming too high?

With no research and below average clinical exposure hours you should remove schools such as Harvard, NYU, Northwestern, Stanford, Brown. UNC accepts few non residents with no connection to the state. Georgetown expects many more clinical hours and non clinical clinical volunteering than you have. You could add these schools:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Hofstra
Rochester
Pittsburgh
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
TCU-UNT
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
