I'm kind of confused about your question but I'll give it a shot. I think you need some time off. If you can't find the motivation to study for the MCAT, then I doubt you'll have the motivation to make it through med school.
I got to say, though, that what your describing sounds like depression to me. I would talk to a doc and see what they think. And don't forget to study grammar/spelling if you do decide to take the MCAT
