Non-Trad student... low GPA... decent MCAT... what do you guys think?? HELP!

What kind of grad work? Was it for a graduate degree (eg MS) or part of a special masters' program? The first doesn't mean jack usually the second can alleviate a poor undergraduate GPA.

Other than that, your low uGPA is a killer. You might be able to convince adcoms on that good MCAT score, but your uGPA definitely closes a lot of doors.

This was my experience, and it does not close ALL doors.
An SMP, special masters program, may be the right choice for you. Also, keep volunteering and get the shadowing up to 100-125 hours.
