I hope the community can weigh in to help me identify where I can improve. Has a long teaching career previously.
MCAT 512, was told "good cars for a non-native speaker"(though I don't want to have a lower standard for myself lol), lower but acceptable BB(not enough education in the domain while working full-time)
post-bac cGPA 3.88, sGPA >3.9,
foreign bachelor's degree in a non-STEM field
clinical employment hours: part time 700+ hours,
clinical volunteer hours: 300+ hours
non-clinical volunteer hours: <=50 (still accumulating, restricted by parenting duties)
Clinical research: 400+ hours, 1 publication
shadowing: 50 hours, two specialties,
Location: northeast,
ORM
I know I've made a few mistakes, like applying too late in the cycle because of the restrictions in the logistics for parenting. Also, for the same reason, I couldn't apply broadly but aim at both DO and MD.
The first master's degree started my previous teaching job. The second master's is in CS but focusing on the healthcare industry.
I did self reflection and confirmed that I am definitely more into the clinical side. I consider myself a "people" person and do well with patients. I've taken professionalism courses to make up for the missing domestic undergraduate immersion.
Is my MCAT too low for the northeast ORM? Or do I have other big gaps in my profile to improve?
I probably have potential to improve MCAT since it was taken while working full-time, self-prepared on the go, but that means quite a bit sacrifice of other things, probably true for anyone here.
I'd appreciate some insights into what are the biggest gaps in my profile. Thanks in advance.

Are you a US citizen ? Where is your state of residence ?
Yes, but just naturalized last month. I didn’t realize GC could be another restraint until recently. Massachusetts.

How many of your medical school prerequisites did you complete in this country ? How many post bacc hours do you have ?

All prerequisites done in the U.S, including biochemistry, calculus, and biostatistics. Post-bacc science, 32 hours, non science 8 hours, all in U.S. More than 60 graduate hours but not in biology. Should I take more undergraduate credits (or do a SMP sth)?

Some schools require more credit hours in the US. You will have to check with each school. I suggest these schools with your stats:
UMass
Tufts
Boston University
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Hackensack
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Georgetown
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
Belmont
NOVA MD
Tulane
TCU
Creighton
St. Louis
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Alice Walton (when it opens)
Roseman (when it opens)
Also apply broadly to DO schools and I suggest these:
UNECOM
NYITCOM (both schools)
Touro-NY
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
WVSOM
CUSOM
NOVA
ACOM
WCU-COM
UIWSOM
KCU-COM
MU-COM
DMU-COM
CCOM
ATSU-KCOM
AZCOM
TUNCOM
LMU-DCOM (all schools)
BCOM (both schools)
Apply in June and submit all your secondaries by July.
Your biggest weakness is only 50 hours of non clinical volunteering and some schools screen at 150 hours.
