Hello all, Illinois resident here.

I did NOT expect to score so well on my MCAT and am now torn... I'm applying to roughly 15 DO schools and have submitted but haven't even started an AMCAS application. My interests are family medicine and ER at this point. Should I add some MD schools to my list? Would it be absurd to just apply DO with these stats? I'm already pretty burnt out with this whole process and filling out the AMCAS application just feels like such a daunting proposition.

Southern Illinois University has a very specific mission statement that I fit well but it's another $200+ I would have to spend to apply there.

Also, Am I okay to include CCOM, NOVA, and AZCOM on my app now?

You are competitive for all DO schools so apply to any that appeal to you. For MD consider these schools:
Southern Illinois
UIC
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
St. Louis
Creighton
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Western Michigan
For MD schools try and submit all your secondaries by early September.
