Can a non US citizen (Canadian) and a graduate of a carribbean medical school get into residency for orthopaedics with research publications and decent USMLE step 1, 2, and 3 scores? Also all clicinal rotations have been done at US hospitals. If not what is the best pathway for trying to obtain the residency?
