I need opinions please!!!
I am a non-US IMG. Due to circumstances outside my control, I might have my CK, but definitely won't have my CS at the time of application in the middle of September for the Match. I really, REALLY tried, but I'm not able too. School policies and other stuff got in the way.
That being said, I have 2 options. 1) apply anyway and submit my scores as I get them. 2) take an extra year and submit everything on time.
I've heard that not having all your scores available will results in fewer interviews. Would taking 5 years to graduate med school instead of 4 be worse?
Note - my Step 1 score is a 254. Would that help me in this case?
