Hi,

I was wondering what adcoms will value more when it comes to looking at nonclinical volunteering, the total hours or how long the experience lasted? I ask because by the time I apply, I will have only around 150 hours of nonclinical volunteering however I would have been doing it for just under 2 years. The activity itself has to do with working with homeless/underserved children if that makes any difference.

Thank you.

Adcoms value activities that mean something to you above all else because those are the activities that you can write and talk but passionately.

Longevity is more important. Your hours are fine.
