Hi All,

I am wondering what the consensus is about taking CC classes AFTER undergraduate graduation. I took a couple of classes (anatomy & physiology) that were offered and were part of the "recommended" group. What effect do these have on GPA?

Additionally, I also signed up for an extension class at my local university. The course number indicates this is a class that is "Generally post-baccalaureate credit-bearing course and lecture series in professional fields..."

Anyone have any experience on how these might affect my GPA and/or application?

Thank you

You'll just send the transcript from the CC to AADSAS, and those classes will count into your GPA.

The "couple of" CC courses might not markedly improve your application, but they certainly won't hurt if you did well in them.

It doesn't look bad, it looks good to take recommended courses, even if they aren't at a 4 year. As long as they aren't pre-reqs, you're fine. And you should do fine so don't worry about the gpa.
