Normal values / Nutrition calc. on Naplex

For those that have taken the NAPLEX exam:

Are normal values for Na, Cl, Ph, glucose etc given on the Naplex ? Or are we supposed to know those ?

Are we supposed to know all the nutrition (chapter 18 in APHA) formulas and calc for Naplex ?
