So my grades for last quarter is coming in by the end of this week, but I know I bombed my finals. Should I hurry and send in my transcripts now so that I won't have to report whatever grades I end up getting? If I send in my transcripts now, it won't have my upcoming grades in there.

You'll have to report them eventually.

You will have to report them eventually, but most likely not until you have been accepted to a school. (if you get accepted)
I think they could rescind your acceptance, but I think you grades would have to be really bad for them to think about that.
