Notochord become the spinal column?

Im wondering about this.
EK notes that the neural tube becomes the spinal cord and the notochord disinigrates.

But considering the neural tube is made of ectoderm, and that the bony of the outer spinal column is from meso, i was wondering if the notochord just happens to develop around the neural tube??

The notochord induces the overlying ectoderm to differentiate into the neuroectoderm and to form the neural plate. The neural plate folds to give rise to the neural tube.

The notochord itself does not invaginate into the neurotube. It induces the neuroectoderm to become the neural tube.

Neural tube is of ectodermal origin.

Notochord is of mesodermal origin.

Neural tube becomes the brain and spinal cord.

Notochord becomes part of the spinal disc.
