Hello.
Im filling out the secondary application for NOVA. One of the questions asks
"List all allopathic medical schools to which you are applying this year of to which you have applied in the past."

for those who have previously applied to allopathic schools and are currently applying did you just list the schools you are currently applying to or both schools you have previously applied and currently applying.

they used the word "or" and not "and" so I do not know if either or will suffice the question.

i appreaciate any feedback.
thanks so much.

I, myself, would list both. When I read the question, I assumed that they watned to know all the medical schools that you have ever applied to. I would do this. I wouldn't want to take any chances of in any way showing up as dishonest.

I listed all of them (I applied to 7 D.O. and 3 M.D.) and I was still accepted. It didn't even come up in my interview. Just have a good response ready in case it does. Honesty is always the best policy.

These types of questions that schools list on secondary apps are always a bit silly to me (the UF secondary asks a similar question). I don't see how such a thing is relevant. Not to mention if they want a complete list, past and present, they need to provide use with a much larger space on the application than they give us now.

I listed all schools, past and present. Be sure to follow the format NSU COM specifies. I want them to think I can follow directions

I listed 31 schools I applied to this year and it came up at my interview, just know why you would pick NSU and they even said to me they know why people apply to a number of schools they just want to know you would pick them if they pick you. I was accepted.

I received an email for NOVA to fill out a secondary, but I can't find it. Anyways, i figured you guys knew how to get to it since you are talking about whats on it...please let me know how to get to it, and no this isn't my first time using a computer 🙂 .
Thanks.

My NOVA secondary was sent via snail mail, so I can be of no actual help. My advice would be to call the school. They have always been helpful to me. Good luck. 🙂
