So I am interested in NOVA Perio Residency and I was wondering what does it take to get into that program?
What ranking will do and what their ADAT scores were this past cycle?

They do not require ADAT scores. I'm not sure about rank, but I do know they accept quite a few international students

It’s even worse for OMFS aka 2/32 at most programs.
