Is it worth buying Nova Physics and Biology book for MCAT?

I like the Nova's Physics book. I suck at physics...it explains clearly and includes conceptual questions. I am happy.

After having done a preliminary physics review with the Kaplan premier program book, I moved on to EK 1001 physics. At first it was okay, but after a few hundred problems (EK 1001 doesn't provide the greatest explanations), I realized that I needed more conceptual review. Nova Physics has clear explanations, hundreds of problems, and a sense of humor - so for me, physics became not only easier, but more fun.

The first half of Nova Physics was pretty good, but then when you hit waves, light, and sound, it became too difficult. I switched to TPR which was very helpful. Nova Biology is waste of time and money. I recommend EK.
