Nova's secondary application

For those of you who have filled out Nova's secondary, is there just the folded 2 page application with just 25 questions on it. I read in another post where someone said there was an essay. I didn't see anything about an essay in mine. If anyone has any info i would appreciate it. Thanks!

It was probably my post. Yes, it is just a two page deal. simple repetitive questions. I did like the paper it was printed on, but UPENN uses the best stationary in my opinion..very classy.
