The University of Florida Department of Surgery is now accepting applications for our Surgical PA Residency!

Applications due April 15th

Interviews will be done virtually using Zoom

Interested candidates should send the following documents to [email protected].

• Completed Application
• CV
• Personal Statement
• PA School Program Diploma (if applicable)
• Copy of PA Certification (if applicable)
• Letter of Good Standing from Program Director (if currently enrolled in a PA Program)
• Three letters of Recommendation
