people have been telling me that schools don't look down on reapplicants. but i was reading MSAR today and found this on Albert Einstein's section: "Students who do not gain admission are discouraged from reapplying the subsequent year...applicants may only appy twice" can someone please unconfuse me and tell me which schools discriminate against reapplicants and which schools don't?

People have been misleading you. Schools do look down upon re-applicants, your chances of admission to a particular school are the best your first time applying to that school so your first application should be your best application. Hopefully, it will be your only application too.
