NROWS for 2007 AT

Are there any Navy Class of 2007 HPSP students out there applying for AT right now? I'm curious if anyone has processed/approved orders yet........ Also, I was just told that my NROWS application for 2007 FY AT cannot be submitted until late September. Too bad that AT begins in early October. Anyone have past or current experiences with these kind of issues?

e-mail OH directly. NROWS is having issues. You may need to wait until Aug to get orders though.

Yeah, trying to do AT in early October is a pain. It's the very beginning of the new fiscal year. Applying for those orders too soon in the previous (current) FY can cause NROWS to spasm. This is an educated guess, but NROWS won't process orders requests in the next FY until the new FY's funding is approved/committed/released.

If at all possible, avoid an AT which crosses FYs. Seems the paymeisters and travel voucher clerks get flummoxed (or at least their computers do.)

I'll go one better. Don't ask for orders that overlap 30 Sep/ 1 Oct. Can't be done on the current system. It will cut you off on 30 Sep.
