Hello, I am having some difficulty interpreting the lipid graph - experiment 2. The explanation says that fraction A is HDL and fraction D is chylomicron. How is this determined? I thought SDS Page separates based on size & so the smallest proteins segments would move the farthest. (I assumed fraction A would be chylomicron and D would be HDL). I am also a little confused with how the densities are determined - fraction A is more dense than fraction B according to the explanation. Thank you!
