Any advice is greatly appreciated.
I'm aware that NSU is looked upon unfavorably in this community, but I thought their residency match list was impressive and their COMLEX for the last 2 years had improved to the low 90s- which is around WVSOM's. The bigger concern for me is that WVSOM is in such a rural setting that I fear I may not see the breadth of cases that I would in Florida. Additionally, WVSOM does well in matching people to rural residency locations, while after medical school I ideally see myself going somewhere more urban.
While I believe WVSOM is a better school with more resources, it seems like they really only want you to practice rural primary care. If this is not what I see myself doing, should I choose Nova?
