NY Times article about AMCAS! (4/5/01)

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Looks to me like the med schools admissions officers are just as concerned about the issue as the premeds are...

Anyways, assuming that they do indeed migrate back to a paper application, where can I get one of these at?

unfreakinbelievable. i guess this was a good time to decide to tack on an extra year. what's next, an online MCAT? somebody help us.

hehe, actually they are considering a proposal for online MCAT. Check this out:
Online MCAT

I was hoping the article about AMCAS would appear on the front page, but I was disappointed that it appeared in the "circuits" section.
I never knew that AMCAS was considering handing out paper applications.
I spent so many hours already and I was going to submit it tonight. Does anyone know what's going to happen to those people who submitted their apps already? If some schools decide not to screw with AMCAS online stuff, what's going to happen?
In my opinion, handing out paper versions may cause more confusion and delay.
