NYC airport help needed!

Can any fellow New Yorkers, or those who have traveled in the area, offer some advice on the best way to get from La Guardia to JFK?? I only have 2 hr. and 45. mins between flights (probably need to knock an hour off of that for flight check-in, I arrive at LGA a little after noon on a Sat. and my other flight leaves JFK at three...) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

At the airport by the baggage pickup there should be desks with information on buses/shuttles into the city and to the other airports. Just pick the most convenient one and if time is an issue you might need to use a yellow cab (any of those illegal limo services in general rip you off). The person at the info desk should be able to help you with the best way to go according to the shuttles schedules (which is why they're an info desk).
