Hey everyone. I just got accepted into NYCOM and have begun my housing search. I'm in the market to buy a 1-2 bedroom condo/co-op in the area. Anything that isn't a pain in the ass commute to NYCOM. If anyone out there is selling, knows someone who is, or is interested in investing send me a message. If you do come up with something and the deal goes through I will be paying a nice finder's fee.

i too am looking to buy a property in new york, most likely a condo.. now when they say the maintenance fee is low at like $700 - is that per month or per year??? Cause that is a big difference!
