NYMC and BU

I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about interview invites to these two schools lately. I have yet to hear from them since I sent them their money. Being my usual negative self, I am starting to get worried.

Also, if anyone out there got interview invites to these schools, did you recieve an actual letter or an invite by e-mail?

NYMC sends invites by e-mail. I'm not sure about BU, I think they just cashed my check and threw away the rest of my appl. 🙂

Hi, I interviewed at NYMC in mid-november (but had received an email invite in early October. I was put on the waitlist early February. So- i think they are REALLY slow.
Does anyone know about their waitlist movement so far this year if any? Any thoughts?
I also have not heard from BU 🙁 but, i think it is not good at this point, i called a few days ago and the secretary said something about they are sending out letters and if you havent heard yet they cannot accept your application. i think that is what she said, as it was hard to understand her accent.
we are all in the same boat, i am not so happy with this whole thing....

Yah Daisy! Rock that NYMC interview so you can stay near your hubby! I withdrew in late January, so there's an open acceptance waiting for you. Last year, my friend interviewed there in late April and got accepted a month later. Good luck 🙂

science gpa= 3.72
all others= 3.62
combined gpa= 3.68
mcat v=8 p=9 b=10 w=Q (27Q)
