NYMC supplementary q's?

Hi,
Does anyone know what the supplementary NYMC questions are? I cant acccess them without inputting all my info and recommenders which I dont have yet. Let me know, thanks!

hmm...do they even have questions?
my memory isnt the best but i just remember paying like $100 bucks and that was it.

Yeah just a $100 charge. All they ask you is whether you have relatives who attend/ed NYMC and your social...like they don't know already .

If I remember right from last year, it was nothing but warnings and reminders that nothing will be processed or looked at until you show them the money.
