"O" on AMCAS and AMCAS Transmission

I have several Os on my Academic record, probably due to the fact that spring quarter grades were not reflected on my transcript. Now, AMCAS indicates that my application status is "processed" and it is being transmitted to the designated schools. I do not need to make additional changes to my application or send in a new transcript as long as I don't care about my spring quarter grades, is that correct? Also, once AMCAS finishes verification, I don't need to else do anything to transmit my application, right?
