So, 8 days until the big test (7 days of studying). I have nothing constructive to add except:
Good luck, y'all! Be confident, be relaxed; you'll do fine.

yea, good luck everyone! I will be jamming to nelly's "number one" on the way there! man, that song pumps me up to kick some major mcat booty! 😀

hehe a more accurate idea of the time that is left 😉

yeah GOOD LUCK :luck: everyone.... Don't stress out... it's just like a practice test, 'cept you gotta focus a little more! I can't wait to see you guys on the flip side of this test... no longer stressed out!

It's not about luck. It's about hard work. If any of you worked half as hard as I do, you wouldn't need to wish each other luck. I've already got a guaranteed 42 and it wasn't because of "luck."

for someone who is doing so well, why are you so bitter? 😕 no one likes you? you have no friends? i mean what is it?

Freud would say that his "guaranteed 42" is to compensate for his small penis.

We'll probably read about it in a VR passage....

DO NOT PANIC!!!! you still have a week left 😀

Yes, there is exactly one week left until the MCAT. Today doesn't count because most people won't stay up studying all night like I'm going to. I don't understand how people can do non-MCAT things during the next week. The reason I don't talk to people elsewhere about the MCAT is because no one around here understands what real work is. Everyone is planning on going to see a movie or going to dinner next Friday night. I don't understand how people can be that way. That's just bunk!

Here's my schedule for next Friday night: I'm going to study until exactly 10 p.m. I will then shower for approximately 15 minutes, then go to bed. Since it will take me around 10 minutes to fall asleep from that point, I will wake up at exactly 6:25 a.m. the next morning, so that I will have exactly 8.0 hours of sleep. I will spend 10 minutes getting dressed and washing my face, then I will eat a light breakfast while looking over some notes for 15 minutes. Afterward, I will brush my teeth and then ensure that I have all of the necessary materials for the test site. I will leave my house at exactly 7:00 a.m. I live 10 minutes away from my test site (by car). If my car doesn't start, I will run there. I practiced that before, just in case, and it took me 45 minutes. Worst-case scenario: My car is broken, and I arrive there at 7:45. It's always smart to have a back-up plan.

this is a joke, riiight? :scared:

Good luck to everyone else!

Also, if you haven't gotten your photo yet for the admission ticket, get that done! Don't put it off and then forget about it!

A joke? That's bunk! The MCAT is nothing to joke about, and those who think it is probably won't make it into medical school.

wow, that bunk made his way back here again...what a creative second screen name!! no one will EVER figure out that it's the same person!

In case you didn't notice, I wasn't going for "creativity." I was hoping that it would be fairly obvious I am the same person. As I explained in my other post, I tried to sign on, but my account broke. A screen came up and it said something bunk, like "You may no longer view this site." Luckily, I have a couple more internet ports in my room, so I plugged into one of my backups.

 looks like you aren't as smart as you think :meanie:

As long as I'm smart enough to get my anticipated 44 on the MCAT, that's good enough for me.

where do you think you want to practice?

Harvard, then whatever hospital is affiliated with Harvard. How about you?

CA... good luck with that... Boston is a great place to live 🙂

Boston? Who cares about that? If Harvard was in Afghanistan or some other third-world country, I'd still want to go there.

im just trying to be nice... :meanie:

Well thanks. You seem like my only friend on the boards. Maybe you should consider coming to Harvard too.

you are a f*cking loser psychopath and i hope you die.

sincerely,
Z

Good luck to everyone on the 22nd.

This is going to be the last time I'll be posting here until test day. I've figured out that the reason my scores are digressing is that I'm stressing and freaking out too much. Part of the reason is seeing everyone do well, so instead I'm going to relax and study until test day instead of visiting this site, and hopefully that should help me break my goals.

All people will die, so your curse is futile.

Anyways, be everything you can be, everyone! I remember taking the MCAT, and I was a nervous wreck. But as soon as I saw my score (2 months later, haha), I knew I was going to be a doctor, and that was the most magical day of my life.

What'd you get, a 43? I'll love you forever if you tell me. (And I put out.)

It's up to par with UMich's average. I'll tell you if you end up coming to UMich. 😉

Good luck everybody! Yeah, it's important, but remember there are many more important facets that could define you as a great doctor! It'll all work out 🙂 .

Lots of luck to everyone for Saturday! :luck: It'll be over before you know it.

For me, the hardest part was the two month period that followed the test. Way too much time to sit and worry about how badly you did.

Sally, Are you taking it this Saturday??? good luck if you are.

Nope. I'm re-taking in August. I'll be doing a summer MED program at UNC and studying my butt off on weekends and from late July until the test. But thanks for the well wishes!

best of luck to all!! i'm really going to try to stay away from SDN until after saturday. 😀
we can so rock this beast!!!
