I don't know how helpful this is but if you go to Baylor's ob/gyn residency website, you'll find the names and I think email addresses of the present and past residents. You can try and get in contact with them and ask some specific questions that you have about their residency experience.
I hear though that Baylor has an outstanding residency program. I could be bias since I just moved from Houston.
Let me know what you find out because I'll be starting med school in the fall and I plan on doing an ob/gyn residency when I'm finished. It's never too early to plan ahead.
