Hi !
Can anyone please answer this question?

If a dentist overcontoured the linguoincisal portion
of crowns leading to hyperocclusion on the maxillary
canines, which of the following represents the effect
on the patient's occlusion?
A. Increase in the vertical dimension
B. Decrease in the horizontal overlap
C. Increase in the vertical overlap
D. Patient placed in group function
E. Mandible positioned in proper centric relation

I think it would be increase in the vertical dimension.
 
i too wud choose the first choice...increase in vertical dimension.

I am also studying the dental anatomy,so it will be good if we ask qestions each other and clear the doubt's.I am planning to take exam in may by CBT.When are you taking the exam ? the aanswer to your question is-;

{a} increase in the vertical dimensions

from where did u get this question? i didnt see it before, my exam is after 1 week
 
I think its from one of the unreleased papers...i myself dont know.One of my friends had asked me this.
