Anyone get this today? Specifically, it states this towards the bottom:

Click the choice for Graduate School; choose School of Public Health and then choose Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Once you identify your self in the appropriate class you can go to the ON-LINE APPLICATION link on the left side of the page and begin the
process. Your user ID is your Social Security number and your Password is your date of birth. We have links to FAFSA and the FAFSA pin sites as well."
