recently saw a patient who was traveling to europe for 1 month and wanted meds before they left to take with them in case anything happened, what is the standard care or scripts that usually you write for?

Were these meds that they were chronically on? What meds were they asking for?

I follow the guidelines on the CDC travel web site for the destination. For most locations in Europe, they shouldn't need anything except maybe something for motion sickness, traveler's diarrhea, or altitude sickness, depending on where they're going.

healthy mid 40's male, who is just hypertensive which is well controlled. he was asking for things similar to what blue dog mentioned (travelers, motion sickness for a boat tour, and altitude sickness when they go skiing in the mountains)
