No one can answer this question. you may have 1 iv and match and 15 ivs and go unmatched. if the majority of the programs on your list are programs with 1-2 positions that take internal candidates - u have a low chance. whereas if majority of your invites are from programs with 3-4 fellow positions, the odds of you matching probably is higher.

Also what I know about these places
Colombia and Cornell have sent invites
Wakefield - only matches internal
Brooklyn hospital - does not really interview they are spots eventually filled by downstate (weird situation but have been told be someone at down state)
Mammonidies - has gone out, someone on trail told me at least
Lenox, Harlem, upstate - as far as I know have not gone put

If interviewers give their email, better to send them thank you emails but if they did not give their personal emails themselves, i think its better not to search emails and reach out to them. One of PDs I interviewed with last month told us clearly, thank you emails are useless and we delete them without reading them but another program replied to email. I think it will not hurt to send thank you email but better to do it where you really wanna match

I’ve been sending thank you emails. THe coordinators so far have given us contact information for all the people we interviewed with

And the PD so far at my programs has stressed to us to don’t hesistate to keep in contact. So a quick thank you email doesn’t seem like a problem to me.

Many Pd and APD have responded with very nice emails...whether genuine or standard idk..but I’ve seen no issue...maybe it’s program dependent

Agree with you, many interviewers, including PDs and aPDs have replied. I don't think it would be considered as a bad thing, but the contrary.
