Yes. You should be worried-- about matching in to more than 1 program. Doing rheum from 2 plus places could be really hard.

And what does the "not matched" part mean in this contiguous rank. So you rank 5 places in the same specialty to statistically match, but I don't understand the "not matched" number.

Not matched means for example. If you are US IMG and if u rank only one program in rheumatology , you will not match .
If you are non US IMG and rank only 2 programs , then you will not match
